When I was a little girl, my parents got Paddington Bears for my sister and me.
Mine looks a lot different, and it also looks like it's about 30 years old, which it is. Mine has blue boots, a red coat and a brown hat, and he's about a foot and a half tall. He's just wonderful and, as it happens, his boots are removable.
I had a hard time capturing her just standing in her boots because whenever I whip out the camera, the little ham comes running for me. She loves smiling for the camera, but then again, she also likes holding the camera and pushing all the buttons. But right now, it's time to come smile for mama:
I was backing up as quickly as possible, but I dead-ended against the kitchen cabinets:
"It's ok mama, I gotta make some adjustments. You were right by the way, shoes are SO fun":
"They just make me so HAPPY!!"
Me too, little girly-pop. Me too.
