Skinny Pizza!

Flatbread Pizza
Serves 1

-1 Flat Out multi-grain wrap
-1/8 to 1/4 cup Trader Joe's low sodium roasted tomato and bell pepper soup
-1 string cheese, thinly sliced
-1/2 Trader Joe's sweet Italian chicken sausage, thinly sliced
-3 sun dried tomato halves, finely sliced
-3 cherry tomatoes, sliced
-4 basil leaves, chopped
-1/8 cup grated Parmesan
-1.5 tbsp Trader Joe's white bean basil dip

Preheat oven to 375. Place wrap on a cookie sheet that has been coated with cooking spray.
Drizzle the soup onto the wrap and use a basting brush to spread it evenly on the wrap.
Add the next four ingredients in that order. Top with Parmesan and three dollops of the white bean dip.
Pop in the oven for about 10 minutes or whenever it looks done enough to you.
Be careful not to let it sit in there too long or the exposed, un-sauced wrap will dry out, and it doesn't take long. Enjoy!

I did a calorie count too, and I have it at 380 calories. The bean dip alone is 80 calories so remove that and you have a pie that is 300 calories. That is how much ONE slice of Pizza Hut cheese pizza is, and this bitch has meat on it.
