Spicy tuna salad sandwich.

This is an easy one and, as always, low in calories.

Spicy Tuna Salad
serves one

- 1 can tuna, drained (they say a can has 2 servings but once you drain it you get less than 1.5 servings so I say go all out
- 2tbsp low fat sour cream
-Sriracha sauce, drizzled like it's going out of style
-1 Thomas low calorie high fiber English muffin
-lettuce and onions
-Sriracha, to taste

Add the first three ingredients together in a bowl. If you have a cat, fend him off with your body as you mix up the goodness and the glory. Meanwhile, toast your muffin (that sounds so dirty). Top one half of your muffin with all the tuna stuff if you are strong enough not to take one or three heaping bites of the goodness and the glory. Top with onion and more sriracha if, for some insane reason, you forgot how delicious it is and didn't use enough. Pause to gloat and take a photo:

Top with lettuce and other half of muffin and stand at the kitchen counter, wolfing it down because it's too good to wait for a walk to the table.
