Wednesday Workout: Ass Kicker!

I love it when Todd gets excited about making up workouts for me. The title of this one, one he made ages ago, is:

Jil's Ass Kicking Workout!!!


30 Push Ups
30 Kettle Bell Presses
30 Prison Squats
30 Punches With 5lb Weights
1 Minute Plank
30 Second Run (in place) w/25lb Weight. Repeat 3 times.
30 Bicep Curls w/10lb Weights
30 Russian Twists
30 Standing Jumps (jump straight up, pulling legs up under your butt)
Finale: Stand with a 25lb plate/weight over your head, arms straight up, until you can't do it anymore.
